Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of income tax compliance for North America, collaborating closely with co-source providers.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of tax returns and workpapers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the Global Tax Reporting Team with general ledger postings and reconciliations of tax accounts.
  • Maintain tax depreciation and amortization schedules for fixed and intangible assets.
  • Address Federal and State income tax notices effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of various tax computations and compliance returns under the guidance of the Director of International Tax.
  • Manage quarterly estimated tax payments for North America.
  • Contribute to tax planning initiatives related to new legislation.
  • Ensure robust internal control procedures are maintained throughout the tax process.

Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate tax or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Federal and State Corporate Tax Return preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Desired:
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, MST, CPA).
- Experience managing co-source providers.
- Familiarity with Corptax, SAP, ONESTREAM, and ONESOURCE.
