Supply Chain Laborer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Laborer. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing of goods and materials.
Your responsibilities will include hand sorting pallets to grade while ensuring all trash and debris is removed from pallets prior to returning to customer, achieving expected production requirements while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading materials from trailers by hand, moving pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility, and checking loads to ensure they are properly secured.
In addition, you will need to examine products to verify conformance to quality standards and utilize yard management systems to coordinate trailer moves. This is a physically demanding role that requires you to repetitively lift up to 50-75 pounds and adjust your body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths in time.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Good math, language and reading skills with attention to detail along with basic computer skills
- High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment
- Follow instructions for keeping records
- Understanding that overtime may be required and is considered mandatory
- Previous experience with lumber, welding, construction, carpentry, roofing, landscaping is strongly preferred
