Main Responsibilities:- Providing expert advice and handling legal matters within the Supplementary Pensions department, focusing on areas such as the German Civil Code, Insurance Contract Act, collective agreements, fund regulations, garnishment, insolvencies, member contracts, and special agreements.
- Drafting, implementing, and reviewing member-related contracts and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Preparing legal issues and creating opinions and decision proposals to support department management.
- Offering administrative and organizational support to the department management team.
- Assuming tasks related to project implementation and contributing to the department's overall success.
This role requires a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
