Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at CSL Behring. As a key member of our reliability engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment maintenance strategies to ensure optimal plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance strategies to improve plant reliability and efficiency
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address equipment failures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage and maintain computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of maintenance personnel
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical cGMP utilities plant maintenance and reliability engineering
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering concepts, including TPM, RCM, RBI, FMEA, and RCFA
  • Experience with process improvement principles, such as Lean and Six Sigma
  • Proficient knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
