Job Summary

UW Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our Intensive Care Units (ICUs).

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote best practices in critical care
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin or compact state
  • 2 years of experience in critical care or a related field
  • ACLS certification
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
