Maintenance Porter

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Porter to join our team at SP Plus Corporation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and performing various tasks to support the smooth operation of our business.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash cans.
• Inspect facilities daily to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
• Operate equipment such as automatic sweepers, scrubbers, and outdoor equipment as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with various tasks, including cashiering, attending, and other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
