We are seeking a skilled logistics professional to join our team. The Logistics Supervisor will play a crucial role in our operations, collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring smooth logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizes knowledge of relevant regulations to oversee logistics operations and activities.
- Manages projects focused on operational strategy and seasonal readiness, consistently evaluating processes for optimization.
- Supervises allocation preparations and daily dispatches, working closely with team members.
- Coordinates with local management to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Acts as a resource for customer service-related inquiries.
- Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Facilitates communication with vendors and partners regarding operational details.
- Generates reports and performance analyses.
- Evaluates team performance against set objectives.
- Assists in budget planning and management.
- Participates in recruitment and selection for seasonal roles and directly assigned staff.
- Responsible for the management and development of assigned personnel.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in transportation services operations is preferred.
- A minimum of four years in progressively responsible roles within logistics and operations.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Proficient in business applications, with experience in computerized reservation systems and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and external pressures efficiently.
- Demonstrates confidentiality and discretion.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
