Job Summary

Titan Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flex Security Officer to join our team. As a Flex Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional security services to our clients in the West Suburbs of Chicago.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Monitor security cameras and respond to incidents
  • Conduct general patrols of the property
  • Assist visitors with directions and general business information
  • Clearly and accurately record data such as property damage and unusual occurrences
  • Provide support to building management and Titan Security staff as needed
Requirements
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • At least 1 year prior satisfactory employment as an Unarmed Security Officer or directly related experience
  • Previous experience in a challenging commercial property is preferred
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois PERC
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
