Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This role will be based in the Main Operating Room and will involve working closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating suite with sterile and non-sterile instruments and supplies
  • Hand instruments and supplies to surgeons during surgery
  • Assist with preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping patients
  • Maintain instruments in an organized manner and monitor and track instrument counts throughout procedures
  • Assist surgeons in providing hemostasis during surgery
Requirements
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience or Associate's degree/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
