Key Responsibilities:
- Instructional Leadership: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated instruction aligned with state standards and district curriculum.
- Classroom Environment: Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes student learning and growth.
- Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress using a variety of formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and families.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to meet the diverse needs of students and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Parent Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and academic concerns.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
