As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing patient assessments and documentation, including vital signs, patient history, and medications
- Performing various patient procedures, such as injections, EKGs, and breathing treatments
- Engaging in effective patient follow-up and phone triage
- Assisting with office procedures and maintaining examination rooms
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong knowledge of medical office procedures and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills with adults and children
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- A positive teamwork approach
