Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all guest interactions are positive and welcoming.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Utilize knowledge of seating arrangements and capacities effectively.
  • Notify management when supplies need replenishing.
  • Manage all paper products and promotional materials.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism and assist guests as needed.
  • Communicate with kitchen staff regarding seating arrangements and special requests.
  • Assist service staff as directed by management.
  • Ensure menus are clean and adequately stocked.
  • Process payments and adhere to established transaction procedures.
  • Complete closing paperwork and deposits according to company guidelines.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and property events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must have a positive demeanor as the first and last point of contact for guests.
