MU Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our esteemed surgical team in Recovery/PACU Keene St. We value teamwork, empathy, and clinical expertise, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to an assigned group of patients.
- Plan, direct, and/or participate in the education of the patient, family, community and health professionals.
- Reports pertinent observations and reactions regarding patients to the appropriate person and records those observations accurately and concisely.
- Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the hospital and assigned nursing department.
- Participates in meetings, in-services, and quality and performance improvement groups.
Requirements
- Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN.
- 1 year RN experience.
