Full Time OR Circulating RN Position
New Salem Surgery Center, a leading multispecialty ambulatory surgery center in Murfreesboro, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Circulating RN to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a full-time position with the added benefit of no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call requirements, providing an excellent work-life balance.
**Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the circulator in the operating room during surgical procedures.
* Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical experience for patients.
* Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the operating room.
* Monitor and assess patients throughout the perioperative period.
* Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate patient care.
* Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures.

**Required Skills:**
* Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an OR Registered Nurse.
* BLS and ACLS certifications required.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
