The Opportunity

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance, including building and material handling equipment. This role will have up to 20 direct reports and will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Distribution Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and implement a safe working environment, adhering to all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage PM maintenance schedules, track cost of repairs, and optimize equipment usage.
  • Negotiate and renegotiate service contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the IT and Engineering Department on plant projects to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Support management in achieving on-time deliveries, projects, and overall growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; Associate's degree or trade school certification preferred.
  • Electrical, plumbing, HVAC experience.
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to reason and make sound judgments.
