Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining cost factor goals and bid day margins
  • Contributing to an incident and injury-free home and work-life
  • Communicating and modeling company culture and leadership practices
  • Developing work plans and work schedules for production
  • Interpreting contract plans and specifications
  • Ensuring work performed meets specified requirements and production
  • Documenting projects through diary entries, photographs, video, inspections, requests for information, reports, and CMiC logs and journals
  • Developing, reviewing, and processing necessary submissions and tracking their status
  • Assisting in negotiation, pricing, and purchasing of parts, materials, and labor
  • Managing and tracking fabrication, and delivery of required materials
  • Tracking quantities of work performed by the company and by subcontractor(s)
  • Providing input into quantities of work to be billed

Qualifications include:

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related major
  • 0-2 years of engineering or construction experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driver's license required
