Medical Staff Supervisor - Support Coordinator
Sevita is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Staff Supervisor - Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), participating in administrative duties, and providing support to individuals receiving services. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and develop effective strategies to meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role

Requirements
- A minimum of one year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
