Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Liaison to join our team at Atrium Health. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between Atrium Health Union and Union County Public Schools, developing and implementing curricula and co-curricular activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between school administration, CTE Specialists, teachers, and Atrium Health Union team members.
  • Collaborate with school administrators and classroom teachers in lesson/unit development and implementation.
  • Deliver in-class support through modeling lessons in classrooms, assist teachers through feedback and collaboration in improving upon and further development of lessons.
  • Coordinate curriculum development and ongoing redesign efforts, including scheduling of consultants on campus to maximize contracted services for grant implementation.
  • Work with classroom teachers to develop blended learning through technology, including assessment, differentiated instruction, and digital portfolios.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, resource person, catalyst, and consultant for both prospective and currently enrolled students, applicants, parents, and secondary school personnel.
  • Coordinate parent events, workshops, and activities with school administration.
  • Monitor student data collection, generate progress reports, analyze data, and timely evaluation of project activities and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field required.
  • 3 years of clinical experience required.
  • Teaching experience or teaching certification preferred.
Working Conditions

This role requires mobility to access classrooms and offices, standing and walking for extensive periods, and corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Potential exposure to communicable diseases, biohazardous materials, and other conditions common to a clinical environment.
