As a valued member of the GROWMARK, Inc. team, this Customer Service Coordinator - Operations Support Professional plays a pivotal role in ensuring the continued profitability and sustainability of our organization.

Reporting to the Controller, this position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a timely and accurate manner, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Researching and processing customer claims of invoice payment in a thorough and efficient manner.
  2. Checking and dispatching phone messages to ensure prompt communication with customers.
  3. Mailing invoice copies to customers upon request, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
  4. Responding to accounts receivable phone inquiries and following up to resolve any issues in a timely fashion.
  5. Logging complaints and forwarding the log to the appropriate personnel to ensure prompt resolution.
  6. Handling change requests to account information with accuracy and attention to detail.

In addition to customer service activities, this role assists the Accounts Receivable team in entering customer payments and supports the Human Resource, Safety Manager, and Leadership team with weekly administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning.

This position may also be required to drive and run local errands as needed, and to support and contribute to total company goals and objectives through collaboration efforts.

As a Customer Service Coordinator - Operations Support Professional, you will be expected to follow Three Rivers FS's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

This role requires an associate degree or equivalent, and 2 years or more of related work experience, demonstrating knowledge of basic accounting and computer skills. A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are also required.

This position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
