We are seeking an exceptional Specialty Pharmacy Liaison to join our team. This role serves as the single point of contact for communications with specialty pharmacies, ensuring seamless case status updates, prescription processing, and reimbursement communication. You will work closely with operations and account management teams to drive efficiency and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communications Champion: Facilitate conference calls with specialty pharmacy contacts, clients, and internal teams to monitor patient progress, resolve data discrepancies, and provide timely updates.
  • Meeting Mastery: Generate meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes, and maintain a log of action items with specialty pharmacies.
  • Patient-Centric Focus: Identify and resolve patient-specific issues, ensuring efficient referral processing and reconciliation follow-up with specialty pharmacies.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client and customer inquiries and escalations related to SPs.
  • Exceptional Service: Provide white-glove customer service to internal and external customers, resolving requests in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience working with Specialty Pharmacies
  • Expert knowledge in patient assistance, reimbursement, medical benefit management, denials, and prior authorizations
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
