  • Prepare and Present Products: Efficiently prepare and present products for sale, including frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing, and cooking.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment in the deli department, including the cooler, freezer, prep area, and sales area.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with customers, management, and team members to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Meet Sales and Productivity Goals: Meet sales and productivity goals by working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 Year Prior Food Service Preparation Experience: A minimum of 1 year of prior food service preparation experience is required for this role.
  • Friendly and Outgoing Personality: A friendly and outgoing personality is essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers and team members on a regular basis.
  • Ability to Work Well Under Pressure: The ability to work well under pressure and meet sales and productivity goals is critical for this role.
