**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized experience for each guest.
  • Achieve personal and store goals, driving sales and growth.
  • Expertly recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRI products, aligning with client needs and preferences.
  • Perform a range of services, including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts, adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing tailored service recommendations and rebooking appointments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Board of Cosmetology regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Salon Manager and team members to promote a positive, supportive work environment.
  • Assist with in-store operational processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Adhere to company time-keeping procedures and attend mandatory training sessions.

**Requirements:**

  • Esthetics License
  • Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Leadership and management experience
