Pilates Instructor Job Description

At Equinox, we're passionate about high-performance living and empowering individuals to maximize their potential. As a Pilates Instructor, you'll play a key role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver safe and effective Pilates training programs for clients of all levels
  • Conduct initial client assessments and goal setting to create personalized training plans
  • Instruct private, duet, and semi-private Pilates sessions
  • Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and business development skills
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus
  • Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education
  • Ability to provide a valid copy of Pilates certification(s)
