Key Responsibilities- Supervise Visitation Sessions: Observe and monitor supervised parenting sessions, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all parties involved.
- Facilitate Positive Interactions: Facilitate positive interactions between parents and their children in a safe, supervised setting that respects the rights and responsibilities of all parties.
- Case Management Services: Provide case management services, including referrals to necessary services, scheduling, and documentation of case files.
- Collaboration and Communication: Attend monthly and weekly staff meetings, supervision, and training sessions to ensure effective collaboration and communication with the team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience working with parenting and supervisory programs, as well as domestic violence survivors.
- Skills: Sound judgment in stressful situations, ability to implement crisis intervention techniques, and effective communication skills.
- Manual Tasks: Ability to complete manual tasks involving dexterity to enter and retrieve data using computer systems, systems applications, and other office equipment.
- Physical Environment: Ability to work in a changing physical environment due to support of child/family needs.
