Job Summary

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to seniors in their homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and independence of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Monitor and administer medications as prescribed
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance their well-being
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Accompany seniors to appointments and engage in recreational activities
  • Document and report any changes in their physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move clients as needed
