Bakery Artisan

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team at Golden Corral. As a key member of our food production team, you will be responsible for preparing freshly baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

• Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, specialty desserts, and other baked items in high volume settings.
• Assist with breakfast bakery production on weekends to meet customer demand.
• Maintain quality and shelf life compliance through the efficient use of our buffet production system.

• Ensure that all bakery products are consistently fresh, visually appealing, and hot when served.
• Prepare all products according to Golden Corral recipes and standards.
• Monitor and maintain proper portioning and recipe yields.
• Familiarize yourself with the Bakery and Dessert Caf Production Guide.

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with baked goods and answering questions about our menu items.
• Foster a positive dining experience by ensuring timely delivery of baked goods.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to local health department regulations.
• Prioritize cleanliness, service, and quality standards in your daily work.

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
