- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication administration, and wound care.
- Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to the five rights of medication administration.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation of patient care, ensuring seamless communication with the healthcare team.
- Education: Nursing Diploma from an accredited nursing program/university
- Credential(s): Registered Nurse, Basic Life Support, ACLS/PALS certification (as required)
- Experience: None required, but experience in relevant specialty is preferred
