Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Clinician Hemodialysis Technician to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a key member of our dialysis team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and patient observations.
- Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, ensuring accurate and efficient treatment.
- Develop deep relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education on dialysis treatment and self-care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Meet the requirements for certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO, or other state-approved certification.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is required for experienced PCTs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
