About the Job
We have an immediate opening for a Seasonal RN at Kindred Hospital - Chicago North Campus. This contract is a minimum of 12 weeks with the option to extend up to 24 weeks.
As our most acute level of care, our specialty hospitals offer the same critical care patients receive in a traditional hospital or intensive care unit, but for an extended recovery period.
Our Seasonal RN will provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participate in discharge planning process.
Standard shift:
~ Day shift - 7pm-730am
~ Night Shift - Seasonal Local Registered Nurse, Rn - 12 Week Contract
