Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals with patient care, exams, and procedures.
  • Collect and process laboratory specimens, including blood draws and urinalyses.
  • Perform quality control checks on laboratory equipment and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with patient transportation, ambulation, and transfers.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and maintaining medical records.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Current Certification from an accredited program for Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant.
  • Current CPR certification.
