Join Our Team as a Registered Dietitian

We are looking for an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our consulting team in a contract role. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health settings, improving the lives of seniors and making a meaningful impact.


Responsibilities:
  • Assess resident nutritional needs and develop personalized plans
  • Complete MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
  • Participate in care planning processes and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide oversight to food service departments and conduct routine audits for safety, sanitation, and quality of food

Requirements:
  • Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials
  • 2 years of consulting/long term care experience preferred
