Lead Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to support a mixed-age class of toddler or preschool age children in a Montessori environment.
As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for preparing an environment that fosters independence and captivates a child's interest. You will work with children individually and in small groups, demonstrating how to use materials and perform activities, and providing personalized support to each child.
Our Montessori community values independence and individualized support, allowing children to explore the environment and work on materials of their choice. You will be part of a team that helps children develop skills, confidence, and a firm conviction that they are capable.

Requirements:
- Montessori diploma or willingness to train
- Bachelor's Degree (any subject)

- Open to guiding colleagues and being guided by them
- Eager to partner with parents on their child's journey
- Takes pride in work and is friendly with error
- Gets energized and inspired by working with children
