About the Position
The University of Florida is seeking a highly qualified Hematologic Malignancies Oncologist to join our team as a clinical investigator clinician-research track position. This is an exciting opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible hematologist-oncologist to contribute to the development and conduct of clinical trials and other collaborative research involving patients with hematologic malignancies, blood and marrow transplantation, and cellular immunotherapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, conduct, and participate in clinical trials and other collaborative research involving patients with hematologic malignancies, blood and marrow transplantation, and cellular immunotherapy.
- Contribute to the development of clinical trials and research protocols in collaboration with laboratory scientists and other researchers.
- Provide clinical care to patients with hematologic malignancies and blood and marrow transplantation.
- Collaborate with other researchers and clinicians to advance the field of hematologic malignancies and blood and marrow transplantation.
Requirements
- Board certification or board eligibility in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.
- Eligibility for a Florida Medical License.
- Experience in hematologic malignancies and blood and marrow transplantation.
- Strong research and clinical skills, with a focus on clinical trials and translational research.
