Our experienced team of professionals works together to create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes healing and growth.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Using evidence-based modalities to establish therapeutic rapport with clients.
  • Conducting diagnostic assessments to identify areas of clinical intervention and/or need.
  • Developing Individual Service Plans that outline specific goals and objectives.
  • Providing therapeutic intervention to address identified treatment and recovery goals.
  • Participating in case consultation as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Master's Degree specializing in Social Work or a related field.
  • Strong commitment to harm reduction practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
