We are currently looking for a seasoned Senior Solutions Architect - Information Systems who will play a pivotal role in our efforts to modernize systems, manage master data, and facilitate data/application integrations. This individual will be instrumental in realizing our digital banking vision and will provide leadership to drive this transformation.

The Enterprise Architecture and Strategy division is at the forefront of innovation within BankTalent HQ. We are continually evolving our key banking applications and systems. Beyond application development, we oversee essential platforms, services, and processes that enable the modernization of engineering and IT operations through Agile/Lean methodologies and DevSecOps practices. Our goal is to deliver scalable, high-quality, and innovative solutions for our teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Formulating and enhancing Application Integration strategies that align with industry standards to ensure smooth communication between microservices, external APIs, reporting services, and legacy systems.

* Collaborating with technology and business stakeholders to comprehend the Microservices/API architecture and its integration needs with various internal and external parties, ensuring effective coordination between microservices architecture and API integration strategies.

* Promoting the adoption of frameworks such as BIAN, FDX, and Common Data Language (CDL) modeling for open banking standards in collaboration with external partners, vendors, and third-party APIs.

* Offering expertise on the implementation, management, and enhancement of Master Data Management systems.

* Advising engineering teams on performance testing, monitoring, and optimization of APIs & Streaming to guarantee high availability, scalability, and responsiveness.

* Keeping abreast of the latest integration trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards, and providing recommendations for ongoing improvement.

* Delivering technical guidance and mentorship to development teams regarding integration best practices, tools, and techniques.

* Overseeing and advancing the value chain and tooling around CI/CD pipeline from Application Integration, DevSecOps, and API perspectives.

* Engaging in business and technology strategic planning processes and guiding the development of business capability and technical capability initiative roadmaps.

* Leading the maturation of the Enterprise Architecture by creating reference architectures, patterns, standards, and promoting their adoption.

* Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in implementing real-time, streaming, and batch integration patterns across hybrid and multi-cloud systems/applications.

* Familiarity with Master Data Management systems and best practices for integrating them with application systems.

* In-depth knowledge of modern microservices-based application architectures, including MACH (Microservices, API First, Cloud-Native, and Headless Architectures) and integration approaches such as RESTful APIs and Kafka streaming.

* A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture and IT leadership.

* A demonstrated history of influencing change and leading strategic enterprise IT initiatives to meet clearly defined business objectives.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business leaders and technical experts at all levels of the organization.

* Capacity to cultivate a shared strategic vision, articulate clear business objectives, and align the organization to achieve them.

* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

* Experience in Banking or Financial Services is advantageous.
