Job Summary

As a skilled trades professional with PeopleReady, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of construction sites throughout Ventura County. This long-term role offers a competitive pay rate of $28 - $35 per hour, as well as benefits such as medical, vision, and dental insurance. You will also have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule and participate in referral bonus programs.

Responsibilities
  • Set forms and lay rebar for custom homes and units
  • Mix concrete, grout, and other concrete products by hand or mixing machine
  • Assemble and dismantle various types of forms made of wood and metal
  • Work from blueprints to carry out tasks of the day
  • Install RAAC (Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete)
  • Screed and edge concrete on curbs, gutters, and sidewalks

Requirements
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience on commercial and/or residential construction sites
  • Have tools of the trade and ability to bring them to the job site
  • Verifiable references
