Job Summary:

The Lehi City Police Department is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to perform routine traffic control duties at crosswalks and follow established traffic control procedures to assure the safety of students and pedestrians crossing roadways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform traffic control duties at designated crosswalks, ensuring the safety of students and pedestrians.
• Follow established traffic control procedures and protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe environment.
• Collaborate with other traffic control personnel to ensure seamless traffic flow and pedestrian safety.
• Provide basic first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Operate traffic signalization equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Some knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
• Basic first aid certification.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate traffic signalization equipment.
