Larkin Community Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med-Surg 2 unit as a full-time employee. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to a diverse population, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and report patient progress to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Active Florida RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
- Ability to pass in-house RN test.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus.
