Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with established standards.
  • Perform pre-cleaning tasks, including organizing supplies and preparing housekeeping carts.
  • Efficiently remove trash and soiled linens from rooms and hallways.
  • Restock and replenish housekeeping supplies as needed.
  • Report maintenance issues and lost items to the appropriate personnel.
  • Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a hospitality or related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work long hours as needed.
