Job Title: Station Supervisor

FEAM Aero is a leading MRO provider in the U.S., offering advanced aircraft repair capabilities and a wide line station network. We are seeking a Station Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Station Supervisor will be responsible for assigning and directing work to be performed by personnel under their supervision. They will ensure that line personnel follow the company's prescribed safety practices and that all work is accomplished, recorded, and charged in accordance with Company policy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and direct work performed by personnel under their supervision.
  • Ensure that line personnel follow the company's prescribed safety practices.
  • Determine that all work is accomplished, recorded, and charged in accordance with Company policy.
  • Certify the airworthiness of work accomplished by personnel under their direction.
  • Ensure that personnel under their direction are qualified to perform their assigned duties.
  • Ensure that all personnel assigned to them follow Company policy, regulations, and established safety rules and practices.
  • Ensure that production quality and quantity of personnel to whom assigned meets prescribed standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Station Manager and/or Director of Maintenance.
Requirements
  • Previous aviation supervisory experience.
  • Commercial 121 Line Maintenance experience.
  • Experience on the A320 aircraft type.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must pass airport security background checks and travel for work as required.
  • Must have good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a current valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years relevant line experience desired.
  • 2+ years' experience recent line maintenance, emphasis on troubleshooting, daily and turn checks, ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • 2+ years' experience lead mechanic experience in a line maintenance environment.
