Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant Health. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to individuals of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct therapy to individuals with communication difficulties, and target goals and objectives as outlined in their treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathologists in California.
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Experience working with schools and IEPs preferred.
