About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Nursing Care Specialist. This is a part-time position, requiring 2-3 shifts per week on evenings and nights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
  • Experience working with pediatric patients and G-tube management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:
