Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrographic Surveyor to join our team at ExpertHiring. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting hydrographic surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and providing accurate and reliable information to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hydrographic surveys using specialized technical software and equipment, including satellite and terrestrial positioning systems, sonars, single and multibeam echo sounders, laser scanners, and lidar-equipped aircraft.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide accurate and reliable information for clients, including navigation, dredging, coastal works, seabed telephone cables, environmental monitoring, aquaculture, marine wind farm development, oceanographic research, bridge construction, and oil and gas and mineral resource exploration.
  • Work with clients to provide tenders and results in appropriate formats, and respond to technical queries from onshore engineering teams and problemsolve for colleagues working offshore.
  • Review company procedures and software projects, and provide feedback on courses and inhouse training.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Hypack Software.
