Job Summary:
Infojini is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing complex CT procedures and generating sectional/3D images for interpretation. You will screen, prepare, and review contrast questionnaires with patients, administer contrast media as prescribed, and verify and clarify patient prescriptions and update with Radiologists/Referring Physicians. Additionally, you will ensure correct insurance authorization and maintain patient records in EPIC/PACS, provide exam copies to patients and physicians, evaluate radiographs using the PACS system, and ensure diagnostic value. You will also prepare patients for procedures and explain the process, perform venipuncture, and monitor patients during procedures. You will maintain adherence to hospital policies, including behavior, attendance, ID, etc.

Required Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiological positioning is required. Experience with CT software, PACS systems, and equipment is also necessary.

Certifications:
ARRT (CT) certification within 12 months of hire is required. NJ DEP Diagnostic Radiography License and American Heart Association BLS certification within 3 months of hire are also required. Preferred qualifications include 6 months of CT experience, knowledge of EPIC and HIS/RIS systems, and ARRT certified R.T. (CT) license.

Education:
Graduate of a Radiologic Technologist program and high school diploma or equivalent are required. Preferred education includes ARRT certified R.T. (CT) license.

Work Schedule:
5x8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, every third weekend. On call is required, 1 weekend if needed. Guaranteed hours are 40 hours per week.

Pay Rate:
$2894 (Approx)
