Sustainability Champion

Live Nation is a global leader in live entertainment, and we are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Champion to join our team at the Somerset Amphitheater. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices across all aspects of venue operations.

• Developing and implementing zero-waste plans for events
• Collaborating with departments to reduce waste and increase recycling rates
• Providing training and education to staff on sustainable practices
• Tracking and reporting progress on sustainability initiatives

What You'll Bring:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position, preferably in operations or sustainability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A creative problem-solving approach
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.

Salary: $60,000 per year
