Job Summary

The Blossoms at White Hall seeks a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Director to lead and direct the overall operation of our facility. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility's operations, ensuring compliance with resident needs, federal and state government regulations, and company policies/procedures.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, coach, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to residents.
  • Facility Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including monitoring resident needs, cleanliness, and appearance of the facility, and morale of staff.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Develop and implement a marketing strategy to maximize census, payor mix, and ancillary revenues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations and company Quality Assurance Standards.
  • Employee Relations: Promote practices that maintain high morale and staff retention, including effective communication, prompt problem resolution, and positive reinforcement.
  • Financial Management: Manage facility budgets and business practices, including labor costs, payables, and receivables.
Requirements
  • Education: Possess a four (4) year Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with a minimum of two (2) years applicable management or comparable experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Skills: Possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
