About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a culture of excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based nursing practices to ensure safe and excellent delivery of individualized patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, nursing colleagues, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Administer medications utilizing the latest advancements in technology to ensure patient safety.
  • Document patient care and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient transitions and continuum of care.
Requirements
  • Current and valid New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
  • ACLS certification by American Heart Association.
  • Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
  • 1 year of experience in an ICU, step-down unit, or Emergency room preferred.
  • BSN preferred.
  • National Certification in area of specialty or required within 1 year of hire.
