Position Overview
We are currently seeking Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LAC) for full-time positions.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary between $52,400 and $91,800 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Salary considerations include education, experience, licensure, and clinical hours.
Essential Qualifications:
- Licensure in the state of Arkansas is required.
- Specializations in LPC, LCSW, LMSW, or LAC are preferred.
- Experience in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families is essential.
- Proficiency in basic technology and computer skills is necessary.
- Self-motivated therapists who can quickly establish rapport with clients are encouraged to apply.
