We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at St Luke's Medical Center. As a LPN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of residents and patients in our skilled, unskilled, and acute nursing settings.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the nursing needs of residents and patients, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Supervise and direct the care given by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other supportive staff members.
- Participate in resident and patient teaching, and maintain a focus on the facility's mission as a resident and patient advocate.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of North Dakota.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS and PALS certification is encouraged but not mandatory.
