Operations Supervisor

The Transload Operations Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of transload operations at our Ft. Martin Power Facility. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate activities between multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve transload efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with CTC and FE personnel to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Provide guidance and training to CTC equipment operators and laborers.
• Monitor and document daily production goals and progress.
• Identify and address safety concerns and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a focus on Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree in business management or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to carry, push, pull or move 10 pounds regularly, or up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to sit up to 8 hours per day.
